These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the HairGraftPro plugin (“Plugin”, “Software”), including the Free and Pro versions, and the website aggarwalrahul.com (“Site”) through which the Plugin is marketed and sold. By downloading, installing, activating or purchasing a license for the Plugin, you (“you”, “User”, “Licensee”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not download, install or use the Plugin.
The Plugin is developed and distributed by Rahul Aggarwal, trading as HairGraftPro (“we”, “us”, “our”), operating from aggarwalrahul.com.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase a Pro license. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials (WordPress admin access, Freemius account) associated with your license and for all activity under your license key.
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to install and use the Free version of the Plugin on any number of WordPress websites you own or manage, for as long as you comply with these Terms.
Upon successful payment, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and activate the Pro version of the Plugin on the number of sites permitted by your purchased plan (see plan details at checkout — e.g. Single Site). The license includes:
Access to email-based product support, subject to our then-current support policy.
You may not: (a) resell, sublicense, rent or lease the Plugin or your license key; (b) reverse-engineer, decompile or modify the Plugin except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law; (c) remove or alter any copyright, trademark or proprietary notices contained in the Plugin; (d) use the Plugin to build a directly competing product; or (e) share a single-site license key across more websites than your plan permits.
All Pro plan prices are displayed in USD (or your local currency where automatically converted at checkout) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Checkout, payment processing, tax collection/remittance (where applicable, e.g. EU VAT and US sales tax), invoicing and license-key delivery are handled by our payments partner, Freemius, Inc., acting as the merchant of record for this transaction. By completing a purchase you also agree to Freemius’s own terms of service and privacy policy, presented to you during checkout.
We reserve the right to change Plugin pricing at any time; changes will not affect licenses already purchased at a prior price for their then-current term.
If you purchase a monthly or annual subscription plan, your license will automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current price, and your saved payment method will be charged automatically, unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from your Freemius customer portal (link provided in your purchase receipt email) or by contacting us at the email address in Section 13. Lifetime plans, where offered, are billed once and do not renew.
Upon cancellation or non-renewal, your site will revert automatically to the Plugin’s Free feature set at the end of the paid period; no data, saved settings, Case Studies or captured leads created while Pro was active will be deleted.
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all Pro plan purchases. If you are not satisfied with the Plugin for any reason, contact us within 14 days of your purchase date at the email address in Section 13, or use the refund request option in your Freemius customer portal, and we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds are processed by Freemius on our behalf and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your payment provider. Refund requests made after the 14-day window are considered at our discretion.
The Plugin, including its source code, design, documentation and branding, is and remains our exclusive property (or that of our licensors, including the bundled open-source Freemius SDK, which is separately licensed under its own open-source license). Purchasing a license grants you a right to use the Plugin as described in Section 3; it does not transfer any ownership or intellectual property rights to you. Content you create using the Plugin (e.g. case studies, lead data, calculator inputs) remains your property.
We may release updates, patches and new features for the Plugin from time to time, at our discretion. Pro users with an active license receive updates automatically through the WordPress plugin updater. We aim to respond to support requests within a reasonable timeframe but do not guarantee a specific response time unless otherwise agreed in writing. Free version users receive community-level support only, without guaranteed response times.
HairGraftPro’s calculators (including but not limited to the Graft & Cost Calculator, AI Hair Loss Scanner, and PRP/GFC/SMP Calculators) are provided for informational and estimation purposes only. They do not constitute, and must not be relied upon as, medical advice, a medical diagnosis, or a substitute for consultation with a qualified physician or hair restoration surgeon. Any cost, graft-count or treatment estimates generated by the Plugin are approximate and may differ materially from an in-person clinical assessment. You and any end users of your website are solely responsible for verifying all such information with a licensed medical professional before making any treatment or purchasing decision.
The Plugin is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Plugin will be uninterrupted, error-free, fully secure, or compatible with every WordPress theme, plugin, or hosting environment.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Plugin, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Plugin shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the Plugin license in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your license if you materially breach these Terms and fail to remedy the breach within a reasonable period after notice. You may stop using the Plugin and deactivate your license at any time. Sections 6–11 and 13–15 survive termination of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the Plugin, our business, or applicable law. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were last revised. Continued use of the Plugin after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence.
This page works together with the End User License Agreement (EULA) shown to you at checkout. In case of any conflict between these Terms and the checkout EULA on a specific point of licensing, the checkout EULA governs for that purchase.
